  • Covers $1,746.00 of monthly premiums for HHS staff.

Long-Term Disability

  • At no cost to you, covers 66.67% of gross wages after a 90-day waiting period.

Pay Scale & Longevity Pay

  • We offer a 7-step pay scale with 5% annual increases until Step 7 is reached. After that, additional increases are based on longevity, which is rewarded after 10, 15, and 20 years of service.

Bilingual Pay

  • Earn an additional 5% for bilingual skills.

PERS Contribution

Retirement Plans

  • 401(k): 2.5% employer contribution for managers and supervisors.
  • 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan available to management and non-management staff.
