The Most Rewarding Part of Working at MCHHS
I love that every day is different and there is always something to do. I really appreciate how full and busy my days are. It’s a challenging job, and I think I like that so much because I’m a bit of a life-long learner. My favorite part of the job is learning a new way to improve the work we are doing as a team. When we improve our program to work smarter, not harder, it’s a really good feeling and it’s just great, quality care for the resident’s we serve. We can always find ways to improve, and when we learn how to do it, I think it encourages the team as well.
