Long-Term Disability
- At no cost to you, covers 66.67% of gross wages after a 90-day waiting period.

Pay Scale & Longevity Pay
- We offer a 7-step pay scale with 5% annual increases until Step 7 is reached. After that, additional increases are based on longevity, which is rewarded after 10, 15, and 20 years of service.
Bilingual Pay
- Earn an additional 5% for bilingual skills.
PERS Contribution
- We pay your 6% contribution toward the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
Retirement Plans
